Not long ago we announced that the CNT had won the first of the lawsuits against FCC. Well, the second sentence has not been different from the first: in the second trial also gives reason to the CNT, and thus also for the same reasons as the first case, a simple exercise in logic. It recognizes that the company had infringed basic rights of workers (Freedom of Association and Indemnity Guarantee) and therefore is forced to reinstate the employee was fired.
For this reason, the two workers of the union section of the CNT in FCC who were dismissed at the time (according to the company for disciplinary reasons) are already back in their jobs with full guarantees for today.
It is now the struggle for the implementation of the Convention, which remains as open as ever.
